Bloated. That is the only word that can truly describe me right now. I have no idea what is going on but I feel like a whole new kind of bloated.
I am sticking to my diet and making sure to drink lots and lots of water throughout the day, but no matter what all day and last night I have been feeling like I am a ball of bloat.
I am sure you all love to hear about this, but I wanted to be honest about how I am really feeling. After such a great week last night with workouts and food, this week has definitely been more of a test mentally and physically for me. I know that you must get through the hard weeks in order to be successful.
On a much brighter note I thought I would provide this picture as proof that I am not always a sweaty gym rat and that I do clean up every once in a while 🙂
I am pretty sure I could live in gym clothes my entire life if I really wanted too, but unfortunately my job requires a little bit more professional dress and actual makeup. Oh well 🙂
I am going to keep tonight’s post pretty short. I have some work to do around the house and I need to get a few things accomplished! Promise to be back tomorrow with a more in depth post!
