I am happy to say that today I jumped back on the horse and got myself back in the gym. I knew I didn’t want to go too crazy hard since I know I have a tough workout in store for me tomorrow that I’ve been putting off due to my arm so I knew I needed to stick to some light cardio and then throw in another leg day.

Leg Workout

I was pretty happy with the workout and was just glad to get something in after working. I am happy to finally be able to start my weekend! It may be short but at least I have a little bit of time to relax.

I am currently attempting to download new music on my phone for my workout tomorrow. There is always something about new music that really gets me excited and motivated to work out. I have now gone through the top hits from 1999-2012.

Those are just a small sampling of the songs on my iPhone/iPod right now. I am working on adding some more tonight to help with the workout tomorrow.
