If you’ve been reading my blog for a while you know that I’ve always been one to take supplements. I eat a very healthy and well-rounded diet, but have found that even through that I have been lacking in certain areas. It’s especially important to me now to make sure I’m not deficient in any areas.
I was recently introduced to a VitaFive and it immediately peaked my interest. To be honest, in the past I haven’t added many gummy vitamins into my regimen. Of course, they look absolutely delicious but I was always under the impression that they wouldn’t provide me with the same quality of vitamins and minerals.
What is VitaFive?
VitaFive takes the thought process out of making sure you are getting your essential Vitamins and Minerals. You choose what you need it, and you get a shipment of individualized packs to your door every 4 weeks.
Of course, if you aren’t satisfied then you can cancel at any point. There isn’t a contract or commitment involved. Simple.
It takes away the problems many have when it comes to taking their vitamins:
- Not knowing which vitamins to take
- Forgetting to take your vitamins
- Having too many to keep up with
Each individualized packet contains exactly what you need. There are no questions, no issues, and you know exactly what vitamins you are getting each day. They are easy to pack up and take just about anywhere with you.
Another great thing about VitaFive is that they are:

My Thoughts on VitaFive
My first box I choose to receive the Essential Pack. It came with many of the things my husband and I take on a daily basis. It was especially exciting for my husband because he is always on the go so to have something he could quickly take was extremely beneficial.
I am currently taking my prenatal vitamin but also have been taken these as well. I take my prenatal at night because I have a very sensitive stomach to them and find that I will get nauseous. I like being able to take a pack of these in the morning. Since they are chewable they seem to be easier on my stomach and I can quickly get in some vitamins and minerals after my run and before heading out the door to work.
Each of the Essential Pack contained: 3 servings of Omega-3, 2 servings of Multi-Vitamin, and 2 servings of Vitamin D3.
If you’ve never tried gummy vitamins before you should know that the tastes can vary widely. Some of them I can’t even stomach or are way too sweet. These were shockingly delicious. I say that because I went into this thinking they would have a weird or harsh flavor. They tasted exactly like I remember fruit snacks tasting, which makes it even more enjoyable.
I really enjoyed the Essential Pack and think it is wonderful if you are looking for a vitamin that covers many of the basics.
I will be trying several other packs in the future and will make sure to report back with the details. If you’d like more details about VitaFive you can check out their website here.
