I don’t know about you all, but as of late I’ve been feeling really frustrated with everything going on the world. All that is going on in the world the past couple weeks (and years) is pretty scary. However, I am a firm believe that we can’t live in fear.

I used to fear a lot of things, and it was pretty debilitating. For years, I wouldn’t run in the mornings in fear of running alone in the dark. While that is still actually uneasy for me, having pepper spray and reminding myself we can’t live in fear is so important.

 

I thought today it would be a good time to focus on the positive and bring you a little Feel Good Friday! Let’s look at 5 things that will hopefully bring a smile and some joy to your friday!

My husband is working in pediatrics this month and on Wednesday he texted me this picture. A 5 year old wouldn’t stop crying so he told her she could draw on his hand to help distract her.
