I am going to do my very first product review today.

The first product I am reviewing is HighEnergy Labs Galvanized Pre-Workout.  I tried this in the watermelon flavor.

Mixing Ability: One of the most important things I believe in any protein or pre-workout drink is the ability for it to mix.  I hate when a a mix won’t dissolve and I end up drinking chunks. This one had no problem dissolving and was ready to go within just a few shakes of the water bottle.  The only thing I have to say is making sure you add enough water.  This has nothing to do with the product, but I didn’t add enough water the firs time and it was way too strong.

Flavor: The flavor was delicious. I have tried several pre-workouts in the past and several of them have left a funny taste in my mouth.  There was no after taste and it was so easy to drink. Most of the time when I take a pre-workout I take it once we lock the doors at work and that usually about 30-45 minutes before I begin my workout. I want to drink it as quickly as possible, and the taste of this one allowed me to be able to drink it right up.

Effects: Of course with any pre-workout the most important part is how it performs. Like I said earlier I rely on pre-workouts to give me a boost after working for 8 plus hours a day.  This one did the trick.  It took about 20 minutes or so for me to feel the effects, but as soon as they kicked in I was ready to get to my workout.  I felt like I could conquer the world and it kept me very focused the entire time.

Pricing: You can buy a 363 gram drink mix bottle for $39.95.  To me I think this is 100% worth the price. This will last you a long time and the effects are noticeable and wonderful. Well worth the price!

I don’t think I could get through some of my workouts without a pre-workout and this one is definitely on the top of my list!
