Remember me?

Don’t worry I am still here.  I won’t go into great detail of the past couple days but after  3 very long days at work a couple nights of next to no sleep I was exhausted. In fact, on Thursday I actually went to the gym in an attempt to work out but after a couple reps I knew it was not happening.

Thankfully after a good 11 hours of sleep last night, I think I am refreshed and ready to go!

I got back into it today with Carrie’s Slim, Strong, and Sexy Plan – plus a little bit added arm work.

3.24 Workout

I am pretty happy to be back into the gym and back at it.  This really shows how important your diet is to your progress. I wasn’t able to get to the gym for a few days BUT I stuck pretty close to my diet and really noticed no big changes and was able to get right back into where I had left off.

I spent most of the weekend trying to relax once I finished working on Saturday.


I did some shopping with the husband. I was really loving the white pants for work, but wasn’t crazy about either of the tops. I didn’t end up walking out with anything but it was nice to get out for a little while.

We also had a nice dinner then came back and watched a movie. It was low key but just what I needed to relax and try and get some of my energy back after a crazy week.

I think the most important thing when you get off of track is to get right back on. Nobody is perfect and everyone is going to have tough weeks sometimes – it is most important to keep positive and keep at it.

I am already ready to get back on my training plan and am about to go do some meal prep and workout prep.
