Hello! Remember me!?

I know it has been a crazy couple of days. We are having a guest stay with us a couple of nights this week so I have been furiously trying to get this place cleaned, the laundry done, and all the animals to behave.

I have been a little pre-occupied and haven’t been the best blogger lately, but you can read my workouts here.  I always update that page!

I have been doing pretty well – I finished week 2 of Jamie Eason’s LiveFit program and was able to get all the workouts in.

I was supposed to start week 3 today, but unfortunately due to a crazy day of work and very little sleep last night I opted for a quiet night of eating out with my husband and getting much needed cleaning done.  I know it is not really the best way to start the week out but I know I will be back at the gym tomorrow starting where I left off.

I am very excited that my vacation begins in 4 DAYS!!! We are heading down to Myrtle Beach to spend a week. This place has a very special meaning to my husband and I because we used to go there almost 1 to 2 times a year when we were in college. We haven’t been back since we moved up here almost 3 years ago. Thankfully Wes got a month off for vacation (lucky!) and I was able to get a week off from work to head back down there!

This is a CRAZY old picture from probably 5 years ago when we are at Myrtle beach! Don’t you LOVE the mini skirt and blonde hair? Yeah I went through a phase what can I say. Wes to me look completely different now – I can’t believe it!

I plan on taking my laptop down there to blog while we are there as well as to show you how I am able to adapt my workouts to vacation. I want to make sure that I at least get 5-6 workouts in while I am down there and I think this is very doable if I just stick to it. I do not know how the hotel gym is going to be, so I am prepared to have to change some of my workouts around. I think the most important thing is just to make sure I get them in.
