I am exhausted.

There is not more to say from there. I had a long day at work, spent about an hour and 15 minutes at the gym, had to run a few errands, and now just got home around 9:00 pm.

I have to say my workout today was KILLER. It was triceps and chest day and I don’t think my triceps have ever hurt so bad. It is always a good thing when it burns that bad because I know it is working and boy do my triceps need some help!

2.27.12 workout

I know everyone is just such a fan of these bathroom shots by now.  Someone needs to help me get a tan and FAST! Thankfully when you live in the antarctica of Pennsylvania most people are pretty pale, but man could you tell it today! I don’t know why I’m flexing or WHAT I was flexing but I was trying to take a quick picture.

My husband was able to join me for another workout which was nice.  It is nice to have someone to talk with when I am working out, sometimes I like the silence of working out alone and other times it is really nice to have someone there with you!

After my workout was done we decided to go by Dick’s Sporting Goods to pick up a few things.

I ended up coming out with two new pairs of the greatest shorts ever made.

I bought a pink and dark sea foam green color. I can’t wait to try them out!

I have some exciting news, I have been given the GREAT opportunity to try out a new workout plan created by the one and only Carrie from ThisFitChick.net! I absolutely LOVE her blog and am really excited to start it! It is a 12 weeks program and I will be documenting my journey and progress shots on the blog!
