Today was the first day of my new training plan.  After a pretty long Monday at work I was more than ready to hit the gym and work out some of my frustrations!

I can already tell I am going to really love this plan because it sure is targeting different muscles and really pushing me to new limits. New limits are always a GREAT thing!

3/4/13 Workout

Total time came to just over 42 minutes. I really focused on keeping my heart rate up throughout the entire time. I am not going to lie only working out for 42 minutes and 259 calories is such a change for me, but I have to keep focusing on my goal and keep up with my diet and I know I will be JUST fine.


I don’t know about you but I think I am starting to see some changes in my arms. I am just going to keep at it and I can’t wait to look back on this 12 weeks from now and see how far I have come!

Today is my husband and I’s 8 year dating anniversary. I really cannot believe it has been 8 years!

He surprised me with these lovely items after work.

I am telling you after 8 years he really knows the way to my heart: Cookies and Cream protein and some BCAAs!

I really can’t tell you how amazing the past 8 years have been.  We have really had our ups and downs and have been tested and moved around but there is nothing better than still having the man I was born to love standing by my side through it all.





I love you baby! I always have and always will! Thanks for being my rock and standing by me through the past 8 years. I am so proud of you every day and am so honored to be the woman standing next to you for the rest of our lives!
