Lately I have been getting a lot of questions about sports bra’s for pregnant or nursing Moms.
When I was pregnant the first time I ended up just doubling up my sports bras and not really looking for other options, but this time around I wanted to do it differently and feel more comfortable!
Over the past 6-7 months I’ve tried several different options and I’ve been able to come up with a list of 5 of my favorite sports bras for pregnant or nursing moms!
Brooks Running Juno
The Brooks Running Juno sports bra wins the award as my favorite sports bra for running and nursing.
The Juno consists of a lightweight, perforated unicup design that gives you great running support while also keeping your shape. It’s sweat-wicking fabric and build-in mesh ventilation helps to keep you cool and dry in all the right places. It is considered a high impact bra so great for bigger chested Moms.
The biggest advantage for nursing mothers is the adjustable front straps that allow quick and easy adjustment and removal for nursing.

Brooks Running Fiona
Continuing on with the Brooks Running line, the next sports bra on my list is the Brooks Running Fiona!
The Fiona is in the Brooks medium-impact sports bra line and doesn’t consist of the same cushioning that the Juno does, but still is great for pregnancy and nursing.
The Fiona is made up of minimal, molded cups with moderate stretch which help provide a natural-looking shape. The open back makes it simple and easy to take on and off, and the front adjustable straps (like on the Juno) allow quick and easy access for nursing.

Love and Fit Athena Nursing Sports Bra
If you’ve been reading my pregnancy recaps you’ll already know the love I have for the Love and Fit’s Pre2Post Capri Leggings.
I was really excited to try their Athena Nursing Sports Bra because I knew the quality of their products was top notch!
The Athena was designed for high support and coverage with both adjustable straps and back which allow you to adjust the bra for both high impact activities and lower impact.
As with most nursing specific sports bra it comes with easy access nursing clips. It also has removable cups which can also act as place to fit nursing pads inside.

MummActive Sweetheart Nursing Sports Bra
I was introduced to this nursing bra back during my first pregnancy and used it often postpartum while nursing!
The MummActive Sweetheart Nursing Sports Bra is a high impact black sports bra with a feminine sweetheart detail in the neckline. The fabric is a polyester/spandex blend which holds its shape and is moisture wicking and quick drying.
Nursing clips provide an easy transition between your run/workout and nursing.

Brooks Running FastForward Zip
The final Brooks Running sports bra in the lineup today is the Brooks Running FastForward Zip. It’s a newer sports bra in the Brooks Running line but has great functionality for pregnancy and especially nursing Moms!
The zip-front design with inner j-hook closure makes this bra easy to put on and take off as well as provides easy access for nursing.
The FastForward Zip has removable cups which provides options for both shape and comfort. While most of the sports bras I’ve featured today are high impact, the FastForward Zip is considered a medium impact bra and while some will love it, if you are larger chested (especially during nursing) it may not provide quite as much support as you’d like. I think it’s important to provide options for all!

Senita Athletics Speed Feed Nursing Sports Bra
I was introduced to the Senita Athetlics sports bra line a little later in pregnancy, but I’m so glad that I gave them a go! The Speed Feed Nursing Bra came highly recommended so I knew I had to try it out.
The Speed Feed is categorized as a medium impact sports bra. It provides a customized fit with its adjustable shoulder straps and back closure. The smart nursing clips provide easy access for on-the-go nursing.
The cups are removable, it comes with adjustable shoulder straps (racerback design), and has double hook and eye closure.
The Speed Feed Nursing bra currently is available in blush, black, nautical, and bloom.
Senita Athletics Perfect Latch Nursing Sports Bra
The next nursing sports bra on the list for Senita is the Perfect Latch Nursing Sports Bra.
The Perfect Latch is also considered a medium impact sports bra and has a large and supportive shelf. It has a beautiful open back, double hook and eye closure, and removable cups.
The Perfect Latch Nursing Sports Bra is currently available in ponderosa, lotus, and dirty rose.
